I know what you are thinking ….but here I am already on my next adventure! Let’s just say I have been working a lot and here is one of my projects very close to my heart! I was just recently on the set of Eddy y Henry Feat. Fuego new video “Ella Es” ,shot on abeautiful, sunny, Miami day (THANK GOD) I was lucky enough to spend some time with these talented and super good looking guys and got the scoop on all their new projects and got a feeling of how these New York based artist felt about our beautiful Miami!
Let’s just say they DID NOT want to go back home. Eddy Y Henry love New York but now consider Miami their second home. That’s great news considering the new talent and sound these boys are bringing to the music industry. Of course we can’t leave Fuego out, he told us how he started working with Eddy y Henry “EL Duo Mas Completo”. Not only are these guys talented, but full of personality. I spent the day with all of the guys and I could not stop laughing and smiling, they have a great vibe and it was a pleasure to be a part of the shoot I EVEN GOT A CAMEO! Speaking of cameos we had a special guest NOTCH also doing a cameo and he gave us a taste of his love for “FLY-AMI” and what he has in store for his comeback. This is only the first half of their video shoot now they are taking back to New York and I even heard they had some special guest that might include Manny Perez and Alex Sensation and many more!! Billboard Latin Music Conference and Awards 2011 this year was well one simple word Fantabulous!!!! I happen to be a very lucky girl and I had a backstage look at this years festivities. It was a week full of Fun, choas, and Parties. I can’t forget that in true Miami fashion there were a lot of sexy people and lots of Celebs.
The week kicked off with an official Billboard Pre-Conference Poolside Party Artist Showcase and let me tell you it was a great way to start of the week great music, poolside, great people and did I mention free drinks!
Day one of the conference was full of informative panels and speakers. The best part of the day was by far the super handsome DON OMAR!! He came in great spirits and having a blast backstage in the speaker ready room and he brought the entire ORFANATO camp with him which included DJ Frankie Needles and I even got a sneak peak of Dons’ up and coming reality show set to air on MTV! Let me tell you it looks AWESOME!! After that came the Marketing awards, congrats to all the winners. I can’t forget to mention the poolside new artist showcase.
Day two was a huge day! Words can’t describe all the chaos that was going on but by far it was a star-studded day. Everyone was there Luis Fonsi, Mana, Gloria Trevi, Camila, Daddy Yankee, and not to mention MAX & LENNY from Aventura!!! The best part of the entire day was my EXCLUSIVE interview with Max & Lenny right after they came off stage and I got some great stuff including who they are planning on working with so make sure you look out for my interview! That my friends was ONLY the conference didn’t include The Orfanato showcase with more free drinks and The BMI showcase and the annual BILLBOARD BASH with performances by the sexy Dylan y Lenny, 24 Horas, and El Cata plus many more.
The big day was the actual award show, which was CRAZY!!! It was a full house of beautiful people and amazing winners two big winners Mr. Miami himself Enrique Iglesias and Prince Royce CONGRATS!!! The after parties were RIDICULOUS (in a good way)!! Had a great time and even bumped into a few friends such as Dyland from Dyland y Lenny, Dj Frankie Needles and DJ Robin from El Orfanato, Chino from Chino y Nacho and soo many more!
Now that was a EPIC week, sadly its over, I can finally go in recovery mode and I already cant wait for next year!!
