Sobe Seafood Media Preview Happy Hour

It is still Summertime here in Miami. The date approachs for the Sobe Seafood Festival, but for now 24/7 Miami will keep you up to date with the preview menus of what to expect for the festival. Yesterday’s Media luncheon and Happy Happy took place at Smith and Wallensky Miami Steakhouse. The great gathering started at 6pm and opened with a nice glass of Moscow Mule. It’s 5’o Clock somewhere but we are fashionably late. No complain.

While we waited for our planned activities a few appetizers we’re being passed around . The first is the Crab Cake Pop with a side of a special sauce and chives. The Display itself is enough said.

Next is the Margarita Pizza Slices. To be honest, with both appetizers the Moscow Mule is the perfect fit for a drink.

Just when everyone is comfortable and eased in our first activity is set stone. One half of the room was sent to one place and the other half (which I was in) stayed in the cocktail room; where we made our 50/50 martini.

A familiar taste came by our table, the delicious tuna tartar. Along after was a mini delicious burger.

Justin was time to switch for another activity we were introduced to a worthy dish, Ceviche. Now I am half Peruvian and I’m not much for ceviche (I know…I know) but, this was the best I’ve ever had.
