Grillin in the Grove is the kickoff to the South Florida BBQ season. We know how great the weather is in Miami year-round, but it really gets wonderful in March. Grillin in the Grove is a family friendly event with activities for all ages. There will be a myriad of BBQ offerings from American styles like Memphis, Texas, Kansas City, and Carolina styles to international offerings like Brazilian Churrascaria to Argentine Parrillada. Not only will the styles be different, but there’ll be an incredible assortment of dishes available like ribs, chicken, steak, pork and more.

VIP and Barbeque
You don’t often hear these words used together, but at Grillin’ in the Grove, it makes perfect sense. This oasis is nestled in the trees at Peacock Park with private bathrooms, complimentary food and beer. So while the rest of the world is outside braving the masses, you’ll be sitting back, relaxing and having an ice cold beer. The selection of food is top-notch and the beer is free-flowing.

But beware, we only offer 500 people this opportunity so get in while the getting is good.

The Pit, sports bar
BBQ, beer and sports. Has there ever been a more perfect trinity? Admission to “The Pit” is free and included with your admission. This pop-up bar has everything you’d come to expect in any great sport bar: great food, cold beer, plenty of TV’s and more. In addition we’ll have some of your favorite bar games like Giant Jenga, Beer Pong, Flip Cup and other crazy distractions.

So come in and take a load off. Maybe catch up on the run-up to March Madness. Or check out the scores on our ticker. Or maybe just escape the heat and cool off. Whatever your reason for hitting up “The Pit” – just know you made the right call!

And don’t foget, admission to The Pit is FREE with admission to the Festival.

Take a few moments to relax and sit in on one of the six cooking workshops hosted at the Festival. Expert chefs will each cover a BBQ specialty by demonstrating how to prepare it. Not only will they be available for a Q&A session after the workshop, but lucky members of the audience will get to taste their wonderful creations. Get to the workshop early because seating is limited.
