1. Go Out for Brunch

We often associate Sunday brunch with Mother’s Day, but Dad likes omelette bars just as much as Mom! Why not take the family out for a great brunch to celebrate Father’s Day?

There’s no better way to celebrate the summer season than hitting the beach. Miami’s beaches offer a great opportunity to get some exercise or just enjoy some time in the sun! Why not take dad out to the beach, buy him a good book and leave him alone for a few hours?

The beginning of summer marks the end of the tourist season in South Florida. Now that the snowbirds are clearing out of town, Father’s Day is a great time to visit some of the destinations typically crowded with tourists. Some offer dads free admission on Father’s Day!

4. Take Dad Fishing

Florida is a fisherman’s paradise! From Miami to the Florida Keys, we have some of the best saltwater and freshwater fishing spots in the world. Father’s Day is a great time to let Dad get out there and bring in the big one!

 

5. Enjoy Big Trucks and Science
